AC) between the SPIN wire

Disconnect

power to the machine.

Using an ohm meter, is there

continuity between the coils

on the KM5 contactor?

YES

Inspect the motor wiring and repair

or replace it as needed.

Inspect the motor and replace it as

needed.

YES

Replace the KM5 contactor.

NO

Manually operate the

KM5 contactor. Does

the motor function?

NO

Examine the wiring to terminal

strip 27. Repair and/or replace

the wiring as needed.

Replace the KM5 contactor.

YES

The contactor is not energizing.
